Our Warranty

We have a 90 day warranty on all our products. If anything goes wrong with the product (which is not a result of external factors) we will rectify the issue free of charge. Here are some examples of what we do cover:

- A zipper breaks through reasonable use of the product.

- Buttons come off from reasonable use of the product.

- A faulty or defective product.

Here are some examples of what we don't cover:

- Deterioration of the faux fur hood (the hood is high quality and will last well if taken care of. However we cannot guarantee that some deterioration won't occur).

- Damage to the product due to external factors (e.g. spills, pets, etc.)
